Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate stock records by reconciling theoretical and actual stock levels.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate bills of materials for maintenance spares and production support services.
  • Receive, verify, and record all incoming goods.
  • Monitor production stock levels to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Manage effective stock control, including timely ordering and maintaining essential spares.
  • Ensure all critical raw materials are accompanied by relevant conformance certificates for each batch.
  • Maintain and organize technical data sheets and delivery notes.
  • Oversee proper storage of raw materials within the store and yard areas.
  • Issue goods to the production floor as needed.
  • Update stock control systems on a daily basis.
  • Supervise store personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all storage areas.
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Energetic, hardworking, and proactive.
  • Responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Additional Duties:
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and accurate records.
  • Regularly update systems with records of received, issued, and pending stock items.
  • Facilitate and oversee monthly stock takes.
Qualification
Qualifications:
- N4 Engineering studies /Supply Chain/Operations Management or similar.
- 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- ERP/WMS/ /MRP knowledge
