Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken French and English
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of duty

Strong command of Internet navigation systems and office tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enquiring mind
Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape

DUTIES:

Recording, handling, and following up on client claims related to insurance
Managing all calls and emails pertaining to client claims
Identifying and processing claims using established procedures
Evaluating damages according to insurer guidelines
Communicating directly with clients regarding reimbursement proposals
Utilizing administrative and organizational skills effectively
Ensuring adherence to procedures at all time
