  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years IT working experience with ITIL process knowledge (Required)
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in SAP Basis (Required)
  • SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 and/or SAP Certified Technology Consultant - SAP S/4HANA System Administration (Required)
Essential Skills Requirements Must have experience/understanding:
  • Extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and management
  • Intermediate SuSe Linux Operating System administration
  • Advanced Oracle and SAP HANA Database administration
  • Exposure to Cloud technologies, preferably Azure or AWS
  • Incident Management (IM), Change Management (CM), Problem Management (PM)
  • Expertise in performance tuning, optimization of SAP systems and SAP security
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
Advantageous Skills Requirements
  • General Cloud IaaS knowledge i.e., MS Azure; AWS
  • Motor or related manufacturing experience
  • JIRA and Confluence exposure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL certification
  • Project Management experience and/or certification
  • Solution Manager experience
Role Requirements
  • Coordinate and resolve Change Management (CM), Critical Incident Management (CIM), and Incident Management (IM) tickets, ensuring timely closure within defined SLAs
  • Lead and manage Problem Management (PM) tasks, identifying and addressing underlying issues
  • Control and maintain SAP systems operations, ensuring compliance with IT internal controls and high availability
  • Support the Feature Team in an Agile environment by managing assigned User Stories and performing ticket duty services as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies for SAP system optimization, manage upgrades and migrations, and ensure systems compatibility with organizational strategies
  • Engage with clients through meetings and communications, prepare system documentation per ISO standards, and develop Business Blueprint documents
  • Provide technical support to the SAP Basis team, collaborate with other IT teams for seamless integration, and conduct regular audits of SAP systems
  • Participate in strategic planning for SAP systems, propose solutions for improving business processes, and stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends
