- Solid SAP SD experience
- Operations experience (ticket handling, problem, incident management)
- SAP FI Experience
- SAP ABAP debugging (advantageous)
- IDocs, AIF
- SAP S/4 HANA (advantageous)
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Self-motivated and keen attention to detail / time management
- Interface Monitoring: IDOC and RFC's processing
- Receiving, troubleshooting, resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLA's (Service Level Agreements)
- Create and maintain Solution Guides
- Ensure Knowledge Transfer within team
- Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails
- Executing the required changes through configuration
- Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
- Interact with consultants across broader team locally and abroad
- Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings
- Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain, as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s)
- South African citizens/residents preferred. Valid work permit holders will be considered.
