They are a dynamic and innovative sports-based company at the forefront of the marketing and sponsorship industry.Role Overview:
As a Marketing Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients' sponsorships by managing the measurement process and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to enhance our clients' marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and nurture the client's sponsorship measurement model.
  • Spearhead 'impact marketing' as a central business objective, ensuring efficient measurement and reporting on clients' campaigns and sponsorships.
  • Gather, assess and leverage pertinent marketing and sponsorship data to generate actionable insights and strategic plans.
  • Formulate and deliver comprehensive reports to clients, pinpointing areas for enhancement and spotlighting the triumphs of campaigns.
  • Lead the incorporation of software tools, including SQL, Power BI and external marketing measurement tools.
  • Foster connections with clients and partners, facilitating the acquisition of essential data for reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship Analytics Executive to construct and uphold a repository of historical information.
  • Infuse data insights into the overarching campaign strategy, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, marketing, or similar qualification, with courses in data analysis
Knowledge:
  • Basic proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with data visualisation in Power BI (Advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
  • Understanding of key metrics for measuring the success of marketing/sponsorship campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics methods
Skills:
