- Organize, update, and maintain product manuals, shipping labels, and order forms.
- Ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and meet quality standards.
- Support review and preparation of administrative product and shipping documents.
- Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate with carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL).
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant for smooth shipments.
- Track and follow up on deliveries to confirm timely arrival.
- Maintain digital records and document systems.
- Provide general administrative support to logistics operations.
- Coordinate across departments to fulfill orders and meet deadlines.
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus
- Prior experience in document quality control, logistics, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with managing documents and paperwork is helpful but not required.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience with logistics software, CRM systems, or document management tools is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
