- Work closely with product team for market-fit solutions
- Work closely with Customer Service team to understand needs and wants
- Mentor and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Implement sales enablement tools and training
- Drive accountability and performance through KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Marketing specialization) is advantageous.
- 8-10 years' experience in Sales & Marketing roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
- Proven international experience across SA, EU and Middle East
- Deep understanding of Logistics industry
- Proven success in revenue generation
- Strong background in digital marketing and CRM systems
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B industries is a plus.
