Job Summary Job Requirements • Minimum 3 years sales experience in Transport or Logistics • Computer literate • Works well under pressure and have excellent communication skills • Communication skills and telephone etiquette • Technical Competence • Creative thinking, • Detail-oriented • Customer service • Driven and problem solver • Computer skills Responsibilities • Receive and process customer inquiries and requests via mail or telephone • Provide quotations, invoices and service information. • Process sales orders and co-ordinate the dispatch and administration of service • Maintain sales and records of sales performance. • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Excellent communicational skills and a growing sales focus • Maintaining business relationships; maintain a strong customer service attitude • Assist and resolve queries in the operations • Developing and presenting proposals for potential and existing clients • Achieving monthly budgets; both existing and new business • Dealing with all relevant warehouse queries in a friendly and courteous manner • Ensure that timeous quotes are given to all customers and that they are accurate and up to date.
