We are seeking someone who loves analysing complex challenges, optimising workflows, and driving real impact. As a Business Analyst, youll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutionsensuring our teams have the tools and insights they need to succeed.Please note that this is an on-site position in our offices based in Kenilworth, Cape Town.Youre perfect for this position if you:

Have a bachelors degree in business, information technology, or a related field
Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate, multi-division environment
Have a strong background in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies
Are proficient in the Microsoft technology stack
Have experience with data analysis tools like Excel and familiarity with SQL or Power BI is advantageous
Are familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and can adapt as needed
Can translate business needs into clear technical requirements and vice versa

Extra points if you have:

A Business Analysis certification (CCBA, or equivalent)

Your role and responsibilities:Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Process Analysis and Support: Assisting in mapping out current workflows, identifying pain points, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Working with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements, ensuing the are well-documented and actionable.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Supporting communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to maintain alignment on project objectives and expectations.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilising data analysis tools to generate reports and insights that assist in business decision-making.
Solution Evaluation and Support: Collaborating with IT and business teams to review potential solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and align with overall strategy.
Change Management Assistance: Helping facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes by providing documentation, training materials, and basic user support.
Testing and Quality Assurance Support: Working alongside testing teams to review test cases and validate delivered solutions meet business requirements.
