We are seeking a motivated and professional Teleseller Clerk with 1 to 3 years of experience in selling pharmaceutical products to join our team in Springfield, Durban. This position involves contacting pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell a range of medicines. If you have a strong sales background in the pharmaceutical industry and excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers
Promote pharmaceutical products and provide accurate product information
Process and capture customer orders
Maintain updated customer records and call logs
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle product-related inquiries in a professional manner
Stay informed about product updates and market trends

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical telesales
Must have a Matric certificate
Solid knowledge of medicines and medical terminology
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Diploma or certificate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
Able to work well independently and meet targets under pressure
