We’re looking for a proactive, organised Recruiter to support a very busy desk. In this role, you’ll constantly move between tasks — typing a CV, then jumping onto an urgent client request, then handling compliance checks — and once the urgent work is done, you’ll go back and finish what you started. The ability to prioritise what’s most important and still close off everything else is non-negotiable.This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to grow, learn, and make a real impact on people’s lives.What You’ll Be DoingSwitching between tasks all day: interviews, CV typing, compliance, client calls, and adminSourcing and screening candidates for temporary, contract, and permanent placementsConducting interviews and completing reference checksAdvertising roles and managing responses across platformsPreparing professional CVs and keeping the database up to dateHandling compliance, contracts, and timesheets for tempsEngaging confidently with clients and candidatesProviding after-hours support for urgent bookings when requiredWhat You Need to BringMatric (essential)Strong computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential2+ years recruitment or HR experience (agency background is a plus)At least 1 year strong admin experienceAbility to multitask, prioritise, and return to unfinished work without dropping anythingExcellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans (written and spoken)A good head for numbers and strong attention to detailResilient, driven, and a real team playerWhy This Role?This is not a desk for someone who wants to do one thing all day — it’s busy, varied, and always moving.
