- Manage Admin team.
- Design, implement and control workflow processes.
- Reviewing and monitoring admin team tasks.
- Attend to queries with providers.
- Manage escalations.
- Align sales and commission.
- Manage the activity tracking for admin department (Turnaround time and Task status)
- Provide general management and assistance to the short-term department.
- Organising the coherent work between admin team and other and other structural departments.
- Manage payment checks.
- Compiling and reviewing daily commission paid tracking
- Attend to general commission related queries.
- Setting up and maintaining compliance processes for the company
- Building frameworks to ensure control
- Update compliance documents.
- Compile commission template/split control
- Create and manage task types.
- Create and review active policies.
- Review CRM checks and compile reports.
- Maintaining the CRM process and systems.
- Experience in a related field, such as Admin management.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

- Min 3 years’ experience in administration management role
