IT Support Consultant / Technician

• Provide IT support to clients (in-office and on-site).
• Assist with walk-in client queries and technical issues.
• Shadow and support the Manager to gain practical knowledge.
• Deliver excellent client service with professional communication.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT-related issues.
• Work overtime when required to meet client needs.

• Background in IT (formal qualification or relevant experience).
• Programming knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-spoken, professional, and confident in client interactions.
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Flexible to work overtime when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport preferred.
