Ensure correct screen for transaction to be processed on WPRO2. PROCEDURE3. Receive scanned product list from customer4. Capture customer account no.5. Correct capturing of scanned product list to create transaction6. Compare invoice to scanned product list -report variances to scanner7. Receive correct amount and check the validity of money received by making use of smart box system8. Ensure correct capturing and issuing of change.9. Give invoice timeously to customer10. Adhere to security of cash office and ensure neatness of work area11. Prompt customer service12. Filing of invoices -Ensure invoices is signed/report exceptions to admin/manager13. Ensure correct cash up procedure and fault-finding.14. Fill out register for smart box tampers.15. Keep record of smart box faults - reference number obtained when logging call to call centre.169.
