Management Accountant

- Performance Analysis – Analyse business performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide management with insights to support informed decision-making
- Financial Control – Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and functional controlling activities across the organisation
- Month-End Management – Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities, including accruals, reclassifications, and variance analysis
- Data Governance – Maintain system and master data accuracy, including the chart of accounts and business warehouse tools
- Leadership & Support – Supervise a small team, manage creditors/admin functions, and travels as required to Rustenburg for operational support
- Strategic Contribution – Participate in special projects, financial governance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- BCom Accounting/Finance
- CIMA qualification (ACMA) would be advantageous
- Up to 5 years’ experience in finance/accounting at an operational or junior management level
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, or related industry is essential
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- High levels of integrity, resilience, sound judgement, and a customer-oriented approach
- Pro-level Excel
- SAGE experience is required
