Registered professional nurse, currently registered with SANC.
Minimum 10 years nursing experience.
Computer literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
A team player with effective communication and organisational skills.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Ability to communicate well with the elderly and their families.
Accommodation is provided; however, should the incumbent prefer not to reside on-site they must be available to sleep in when on call (overnight accommodation available).Non-smoker and of sober habits.
Advantageous
Geriatric experience.
Palliative Care experience.
Duties/ Job description
Care of 28 residents in Main Building and oversight of residents in 28 cottages.
Effective supervision and in-service training of Carers.
