Job SummaryA consumer service management and rating platform offering wireless IoT solutions for customer feedback, surveys, and queue management systems is looking for a Network & IT Support Field Technician to join their team as they grow and expand their footprint. Their real-time data helps businesses monitor customer satisfaction, staff performance, and in-store operations through powerful cloud-based analytics.:

Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
5+ years field experience
Matric and relevant short courses
Strong IT & IoT technical support skills
Able to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
Proficient in Google Workspace and reporting software
Comfortable working in-office
Willing to travel to client sites as needed
Occasional travel (2-3 days every 1-2 months)

Install, configure, and maintain IoT devices and network systems on client sites
Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs
Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance
Support computer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Use call-out/site visit software for reporting and documentation

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and service delivery
Provide in-office support when not on site
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
