- Assisting the Chefs with the cooking and preparation of general and special diet meals for patients, doctors and staff
- Assisting with dishing up and presentation of meals
- General Housekeeping duties in the kitchen
- Training and coaching of subordinates
- Keep preparation area clean and tidy at all times
- Grade 12
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a Food Services Assistant
- Availability to work extra hours
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to utilise Kitchen machines / instruments (e.g. scales)
