Job SummaryKey Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy:
  • Lead and mentor a creative team including social media experts, designers, copywriters, and videographers.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive creative strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative output and customer touchpoints.
Creative Oversight:
  • Approve and oversee all content including graphics, copy, video, and multimedia assets.
  • Drive high standards of execution across design, marketing, and communications.
  • Guide the creation of performance-based campaigns using data and analytics.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Align creative efforts with marketing and social media strategy.
Team Development:
  • Foster a collaborative and empowering environment.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities for the creative team.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Manage timelines and budgets.
  • Improve processes for efficient creative production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and projects.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
