Job SummaryApex seeks a SBL Manager. The SBL Manager oversees all operations related to beer (including draught), soft drinks, spirits, and associated logistics. This includes stock control, warehouse operations, delivery management, draught systems, and team supervision.Key Responsibilities:

Stock & Inventory Management: Forecasting, ordering, and auditing stock across beverage categories and draught equipment.
Warehouse Operations: Daily warehouse supervision, safety compliance, hygiene, and inventory accuracy.
Fleet & Delivery Management: Route planning, delivery tracking, and vehicle upkeep.
Team Leadership: Manage warehouse staff, drivers, handymen, and draught technicians, including training, rostering, and performance.
Draught Beer Systems: Oversee installations, maintenance, breakdowns, and technician journey planning.
Spirits Oversight: Ensure secure handling and proper storage.
Sales & Reporting Support: Coordinate with Tele Sales, track deliveries, and generate operational reports.
Customer Service: Act as main contact for key accounts, handle complaints, and improve service levels.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in FMCG/logistics leadership; technical draught system experience is a plus.
Skills:

Leadership, logistics, technical draught knowledge
ERP systems (e.g., Syspro, SAP), MS Office
Route planning, inventory control, and customer service
Operational: Valid driver's license, physical fitness, off-hour availability
Language: Fluent in English; Creole/French
