- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and professional advice
- Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance standards
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technology and industry developments
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Relevant trade certification an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when required
