- Translate HR legislation into practical policies and practices.
- Support Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives, including skills development elements.
- Partner with line managers to identify training needs and create impactful solutions.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate in-house and external training programmes.
- Develop engaging training materials and ensure resources are in place for learning events.
- Manage audits, reporting, and compliance requirements (BBBEE, ISO, SETA).
- Oversee learnerships, workplace assessments, and SETA submissions.
- Compile monthly training and development reports.
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related qualification in Education, Training & Development (NQF level 6).
- Registration as a Skills Development Facilitator / Coach & Mentor / Assessor / Moderator.
- 23 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation (LRA, EE Act, BBBEE, Skills Development Act, etc.).
- Excellent organisational, facilitation, and communication skills.
