The SQL Data Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining database solutions that support enterprise data operations. You will design, optimize, and manage robust SQL-based systems and support data integration, transformation, and delivery processes.DUTIES:

Design and develop ETL/ELT processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), stored procedures, and scripts.
Build and maintain data warehouses and data marts.
Ensure data quality and accuracy across all systems.
Perform complex data transformations and optimizations.
Support reporting teams with high-performance queries.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in database design, modeling, and tuning.

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database development.
Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Solid understanding of relational database concepts and normalization.
Experience in performance tuning and indexing.
Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python is advantageous.
Experience with cloud-based SQL platforms (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a bonus.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Microsoft certifications preferred.
