Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar analytics tools like Tableau).
Essential working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors/MyHR, Oracle HCM, Workday).
A proven track record of successfully designing and delivering people analytics, performance metrics, or culture assessment projects.
