Job Summary Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve significant revenue and market share targets within South Africa. • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within key target sectors: Paints & Coatings, Plastics, Adhesives, Sealants, Rubber, and Printing Inks • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at manufacturing plants, R&D departments, and procurement offices. • Provide expert technical consultation to clients on the application and benefits of nano precipitated calcium carbonate in their specific formulations and processes. • Conduct compelling product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution-based selling. • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, Letters of Intent and contract closure. • Collaborate with our technical team to address client needs and provide feedback for product development. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territories to meet with clients and prospects. Required Qualifications and Experience: • A minimum of 5-7 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within the calcium carbonate industry or a closely related industrial minerals sector. • Non-negotiable requirement: Demonstrable, extensive experience in the application of calcium carbonate in at least two industries:
