- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Manage Director's schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Professional and personal matters
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables, and providing status updates
- Maintain filing systems and manage documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the director outside of work-related duties
