As they continue expanding globally, their mission is clear: to connect people through meaningful, accessible group travel.What the Role Is AboutAs Group Financial Manager, you'll oversee financial leadership across multiple international entities. This is a high-visibility, strategic role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, guide your team, and ensure financial integrity as the company scales globally.What You'll Be Doing

Leading group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term cash flow planning
Overseeing monthly reporting, management accounts, and insightful variance analysis
Managing audits, tax compliance (SA & UK), VAT, and transfer pricing
Driving internal control improvements, systems optimisation, and financial process innovation
Supporting strategic projects like M&A, international expansion, and ERP upgrades
Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team

What We're Looking For

A qualified CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent with 5+ years in a senior finance role
Strong experience in multi-entity or group finance environments
Knowledge of UK and/or South African tax and reporting standards
Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills
A collaborative leader with sharp analytical thinking and excellent communication
Travel/tourism sector experience is a plus
