- Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage construction budget and resources
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses
- Collaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Supervise and mentor construction workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license
- Salary: negotiable
