Hands on Recruitment is working with a leading AI- Powered service platform for hotels who are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their remote working team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and booking demos with qualified clients in the UK for the BDMsIn this role, you will:
  • Interact with prospects mainly by telephone, email, and social media;
  • Meet or exceed the assigned call quota per day;
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound);
  • Be the first point of contact in the sales process;
  • Engage and create interest in our solution;
  • Schedule demos with the Business Development Manager;
  • Analyze and improve personal results to enhance KPIs.

Job requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales;
  • Strong and professional communication skills written, verbal, and presentation;
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday);
  • Native English speaker.
  • Previous BDR experience with outbound prospection;
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company;
  • Hospitality industry knowledge.
  • Own laptop
Company based in Brazil, but candidates will work remotely from South Africa.
