Sales & Service Technician Apprentice, George

• Grade 12 with a diploma in business admin; qualified verification officer preferred
• 3+ years’ work experience in FMCG with knowledge in retail scales and weights/measures
• Computer literacy : MS Office, as well as POS software
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• Must have good communication skills, be confident and friendly
• Clear criminal record and contactable references
• Willing to work overtime when required

• Update the relevant policies and procedures.
• Sales of product offering, including scales, automatic wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables
• Marketing the company’s products and services, including cold calling, visiting new customers and give demonstrations
• Maintain existing customer relations
• Provide services to our customers, including installations, verifications, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the company’s products
• Assist with helpdesk support, stock counts and office administration
• Assist with debt collection, including cash collections and cash deposits
• Will be required to work standby weekends on a rotation basis
