  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the VET channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices, specialists, KOLs, and consumers.
  • Drive and manage the Growth Rewards Program to enhance customer engagement.
  • Deliver training and product knowledge sessions for veterinary practice staff (vets, nurses, receptionists).
  • Ensure effective merchandising of products and promotional materials.
  • Attend and represent the brand at events, trade shows, breeder activities, and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and recommend strategic changes where needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (DipVetNurs) – essential.
  • Minimum 5+ years field sales experience within a technical or veterinary industry.
  • Excellent client liaison, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid South African driver’s licence.
  • Fully bilingual and able to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or overtime for events.
