- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the VET channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practices, specialists, KOLs, and consumers.
- Drive and manage the Growth Rewards Program to enhance customer engagement.
- Deliver training and product knowledge sessions for veterinary practice staff (vets, nurses, receptionists).
- Ensure effective merchandising of products and promotional materials.
- Attend and represent the brand at events, trade shows, breeder activities, and in-store promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and provide regular reporting to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and recommend strategic changes where needed.
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (DipVetNurs) – essential.
- Minimum 5+ years field sales experience within a technical or veterinary industry.
- Excellent client liaison, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid South African driver’s licence.
- Fully bilingual and able to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or overtime for events.
