Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Sector Team Leader to join their team, based in East London.Candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of buildings of which will encompass the full function from lease onboarding to reconciling cash books.Minimum Requirements:-

Matric
Relevant Property Qualification
Diploma in Accounting / Finance advantageous
2 years’ experience in Team Management / Supervisory (Non-negotiable)
Property experience (Non-negotiable)
Collections experience (Non-negotiable)
Intermediate Excel skills
SAGE experience
MDA experience
Driver’s License essential
Must be willing to travel

Duties:-

Leasing administration, billing, and receipts / refunds
Tenant Collections
Tenant Liaison
Accounts payable (debtors and creditors)
