- Compile quotes that meet client needs and provide relevant recommendations and insights.
- Assist with product accreditations.
- Provide advisers with key selling points to help them in converting business.
- Assess advisers business and client base to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain adviser relationships.
- Objection handling.
- Technical product training.
- Handle and answer technical product queries.
- Establishing and building relationships.
- Creating and closing sales opportunities.
- Service levels (going above and beyond).
- Honesty, integrity and respect.
- Positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Minimum of Grade 12/NQF 4 equivalent qualification.
- Candidates MUST have experience in the financial services industry.
- You should have strong industry knowledge in long term insurance and investment products with an appetite to constantly develop these, as well as flex your analytical tendencies for maximum success.
- A proven track record in a similar sales/support role.
- Valid and contactable references.
- Proficient with technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and (preferably) Afrikaans.
- Drivers license and transport.
