- Salary range: $4000 to $5000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in US-based companies or companies serving the US market.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operations and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new workflows to streamline operations and increase effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing operational performance and recommending strategies for improvement.
