- Work closely with team members, clients and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery and provide feedback to improve the service offering.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot mobile services and navigate systems efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
