- Overseeing a wellness check of premises
- Overseeing processing of all orders and ensure the correctness of it.
- Ensures correct labels are neatly placed and sent to correct customers.
- Coordinating daily packing quantities
- Stock control and ordering of products as well as packaging agents
- General staff management and well being
- Supervising employees work schedule and hours
- Updating the websites
- Invoicing shop clients
- Managing online and email orders
- Printing of Labels
- Petty cash recons
- Forecasting of Takealot and website stock
- Ensuring stock availability on all lines
