Join my client's team as a Payroll Officer and take charge of the entire payroll process. They are seeking an experienced professional who can handle the payroll from start to finish with ease. If you're skilled in using Sage 300 and have a strong background in payroll administration, we want to hear from you!As a Payroll Officer you will responsible for the following:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently using Sage 300.
- Manage end-to-end payroll functions, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with financial audits as needed.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in full-cycle payroll administration.
- Proficiency in using Sage 300 or similar payroll software.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
