- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, must be well presented
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Operate a busy switchboard and screening calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Able to multitask
- Booking of meeting rooms/venues via Outlook
- Matric Certificate
- Prior Reception experience of 5 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Booking Meeting Rooms very important
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role
- Patient and accommodative to elderly clients
