Chefs Training and Innovation Academy is a prestigious educational insitution, dedicated to academic excellence; that provides a nurturing and innovative learning environment.We are looking for a Campus Principal to ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of the Campus by overseeing the facilities, staff, sales, finances and student service delivery.The key responsibilities for the position includes the following: * Implementing the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets.
  • Effective management of cost control of Campus financials, as well as Debtors management to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the Campus.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence.
  • Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students achievements correlate with the expectations from industry.
  • Manage performance of Campus staff.
  • Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategty at the Campus.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Inspirational and optimistic team leader.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Curriculum and assessment knowledge.
  • Research orientation
  • Solid knowledge of Health, Safety and Food Regulations and Practices.
  • National and global culinary knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge on kitchen management, culinary preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Social perceptiveness.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Planning, administration and organising skills.
Qualifications:Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management qualification equivalent to NQF5 (e.g. City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts/Patisserie OR Hospitality Management).
