Job Summary Hire Resolve's client is looking for a IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Sandton, GP. You will be Responsible for executing all aspects of a diverse, very complex information technology program including multiple large-scale IT projects. This includes program planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost. PMOL monitors and manages the critical path, contingencies, scope changes and budget, both labor and non-labor resources.Responsibilities:Portfolio ManagementLead creation and execution of the IT Portfolio aligned with BU strategies.Track value contribution and programme objectives.Identify, mitigate, and report on IT programme risks.Ensure seamless transition of projects to operationsProject ManagementPrioritize, approve, and oversee feasibility studies.Align projects with business strategy across units.Direct programme delivery, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder reporting.Risk & ComplianceDesign contingency plans for IT and infrastructure.Conduct audits, monitor recovery compliance, and mitigate technical risks.Ensure governance and legal adherence in all project activities.Work Planning & DeliveryLead IT project portfolios, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.Develop business-focused work plans and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
People LeadershipManage, coach, and develop frontline managers and teams.Foster transformation through visible and values-driven leadership.Financial OversightCollaborate on integrated reports including budgets, forecasts, and expenses. Requirements:

IT/Business related Honours degree (Essential/Minimum).
Agile Practitioner Certification (Essential/Minimum).
Project Management Professional or alternative project management certifications.
In-depth knowledge of IT project delivery and methodology as well as IT infrastructure.
