You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a fast-growing SaaS platform used by clients around the world. Working alongside developers, product managers, and QREs, you’ll own manual test plans, identify risks early, and help shape our release readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans for new features and improvements.Perform functional and exploratory testing that mimics real-world usage across different client setups.Own regression testing for critical workflows and work closely with QREs to prioritize automation.Document bugs clearly with detailed reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots.Collaborate across product and engineering to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process.What You’ll Bring2+ years’ experience in QA, software testing, or product validation.A deep understanding of web applications and business logic testing.Creative and consistent manual testing skills.Strong attention to detail in writing bug reports and test documentation.Comfort with tools like GitHub, staging environments, and admin interfaces.Nice to HaveExperience with B2B SaaS or multi-tenant platforms.Familiarity with Django admin, permissions, and data structures.Understanding of payroll, HR, or accounting systems.Exposure to tools like Postman, Selenium, or Cypress.Ability to read API specs and inspect logs (e.g., Sentry, browser console).What Success Looks LikeConfident releases with minimal regressions or client-reported bugs.Comprehensive, consistent test coverage across major flows.Proactive identification of edge cases before they become issues.Trusted test plans that guide developers and PMs.Contributions to lightweight automation as your skills grow.What’s On OfferCompetitive salary and genuine ownership in how testing is done.Work that directly improves platform reliability and client trust.A collaborative, no-silo environment with fast feedback loops.Opportunities to grow in automation, product testing, or platform reliability.A culture that values clarity, thoughtfulness, and shared success.Company Culture
