SYSTEMS AND PLANNING MANAGER

• Qualification in Project management, Business Systems or related field
• Experience in the citrus industry and packhouse environment will be an advantage
• Marketing and systems administration background
• Strong technical knowledge of various IT systems and platforms
• 4-8 years’ experience with project management methodologies
• Understanding of business operation and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership abilities to manage teams and projects

• Oversee and maintain Packsys base files, ensuring accuracy and updates
• Ensure real-time updates and integration of the marketing plan into operational systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including hardware and software (scanners, computers, etc.)
• Reconcile stock levels with floor stock and perform regular audits
• Ensure accurate setup of label printers and control room configurations

• Develop and oversee the execution of operational plans to optimize production
• Ensure timely registration, inspection, and dispatch of pallets
• Monitor and adjust packing instructions according to real-time order requirements
• Oversee the training, allocation, and performance of the systems and outbound teams

• Update and maintain product stock records for both local and export markets
• Process and handle rejected stock in collaboration with quality control teams
• Oversee Titan and PPECB inspection processing
• Manage transporter invoicing and ensure compliance with logistics schedules
• Ensure seamless communication between logistics, production, and marketing teams.
