- Minimum 3 years of experience as a New Vehicle Sales Executive in an automotive dealership.
- Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong knowledge of automotive brands and new vehicle models
- Valid drivers license (Code B or higher).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Matric certificate; relevant sales or marketing qualification is an advantage.
- Sell new vehicles, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct test drives, present vehicle features, and negotiate sales contracts effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and promotions for new vehicle models.
- Follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Complete accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.
