Manage and control overtime tracking sheets and processes
Process and reconcile Turner invoices
Assist with reconciliations of vendor statements for timely payments
Perform month-end WIP transactions in SAP
Conduct production order and purchase price variance analyses
Clear monthly duties and freight
Prepare and post month-end journals
Deliver weekly finance presentations and monthly management reports
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and activity rate loading
Oversee stock adjustments, verifications, and costing file maintenance
Support and facilitate regular stock takes
Capture payroll data daily
Perform ad-hoc finance tasks as neededJob Experience and Skills Required:
Education: Grade 12 + Diploma/Degree in Management Accounting, Auditing, Costing, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 35 years in a finance analyst or similar role
Strong Excel skills (intermediate level or above)
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
