- Greet and welcome customers to the dealership.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of each model.
- Address customer queries regarding financing, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing the sale.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Follow up on sales leads and potential customers generated from advertising or other sources.
- Assist with sourcing stock for the dealership.
- Stay up-to-date on all vehicle models, features, financing options, and promotions.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, performance, and technology.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues.
- Manage and update the dealerships customer database with accurate information.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management on progress toward targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the dealerships finance and insurance departments to offer customers a complete buying experience.
- Liaise with the service and after-sales team to ensure a smooth transition for customers after their purchase.
- Work with recon manager to ensure vehicles are up to standard.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork related to vehicle sales, including sales contracts, vehicle registrations, and financing documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to vehicle sales.
