- Responsible for motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the company's SHEQ standards, as stated in document of SHEQ department Responsibilities Manager with Regard to Safety, Quality & Environment, to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way.
- Complies with the attitude of Lean and continuous improvements in the organization.
- Visits various sites/locations and fill in a WPI on regular basis.
- Responsible for ensuring that all executed activities and processes are in compliance with company SHEQ standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation.
- Performs repairs and preventive maintenance, based on the instructions of the Workshop Supervisor regarding fleet equipment, material, and, when necessary, the yard, according to a checklist and/or the applicable company procedures and manufacturers guidelines.
- Troubleshoots when detecting and repairing failures.
- If required, provides support for interventions outside the workshop.
- Accurately records and punctually completes required documentation, such as maintenance reports, work record sheets, and timesheets, according to company procedures and instructions.
- Reports failures, errors, deviations, and damages to the Workshop Supervisor.
