Works with a team of Traffic Managers, Creative Strategist, Creation Directors, Designers, Copy writers, Ad Developers and Client servicing teams.
Works internally with all departments within the Creative Hub, and in-market teams and externally with clients.

Our delivery teams are spread across the globe; we have a mix of in-office and virtual teamsRole Summary:We are looking for a skilled Creative Finalizer to join our global creative team, working on a major international software and technology client. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for finalizing, adapting, and resizing creative assets, ensuring they are optimized for various digital, social, and advertising platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality execution of artwork that align with best practices and technical specifications. You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the execution of high-quality visuals that meet brand standards and performance goals. Attention to detail is critical, as you will help establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure a 99% accuracy rate across all contentKey Responsibilities:

Adapt and resize creative assets for different formats, platforms, and in multiple languages for different markets.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and technical requirements for digital advertising and social media.
Work closely with designers and multimedia specialists to ensure final output meets creative and strategic objectives.
Maintain quality control by reviewing assets for accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline asset production at scale.
Stay up to date with the latest platform specifications and best practices for digital advertising.

Qualifications & Experience:

2+ years of experience in a similar role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and specifications for platforms such as Google Display
Keen eye for detail, ensuring all final assets meet quality and brand standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables efficiently.
