Organizing and leading project meetings including internal alignments, project team meetings, Steering Committee and customer meetings. Developing project plans, identifying and assigning project tasks. Monitoring and tracking project performance to ensure timely delivery. Communicating priorities to the project team and highlighting possible challenges to the Management/ Project Steering Committee. Regularly Compiling and sharing project status reports to management, customers and stakeholders. Developing leadership skills to effectively involve all project stakeholders. Building and maintaining customer relations. Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation Supporting HNC EMEA strategy and policies implementation Ensure Customer Centricity approach with proper queries responsiveness and CRM usage Supporting achieving regional and local KPI's Support and enforce the policy of reporting incidents, possible SHE incidents and improvement possibilities and checks that the work is routinely risk assessed. Support mentality and affinity to solve problems, positive attitude towards challenges. Experience working in matrix organization in an international company Experience in managing customer projects and leading direct conversations with external stakeholders.
