National Diploma, BTech, or BSc in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (essential).
Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes.
Attention to detail, with strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with engineers and factory teams locally and internationally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; broader Microsoft Office skills advantageous.
Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting tight deadlines.
