Job Summary QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: The successful candidate must have Grade 12, a minimum of 5 years' relevant diesel technical experience. Must be a good communicator (verbal & written), with knowledge of the Health & Safety requirements. The person must have the ability to function independently and in a team. The person must have experience in maintenance on truck trailers and must have experience in welding. Must be prepared to work after hours and weekends. Must be able to work under pressure. Valid Code 10 driver's license (Code 14 will be an advantage). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Time management. •Ensure that worksheets are completed correct. •Ensure that workshop is neat and tidy. •Proactive problem identification of possible truck defects. •Maintenance of equipment as and when necessary.
